The Website www.mocopo.ifsttar.fr is a publication of the LICIT (Transport and Traffic Engineering Laboratory), joint team of IFSTTAR (French Institute of Science and Technology devoted to Transport, Planning and Networks) and ENTPE (National school of civil engineering).

Site use rules

Site access may be blocked at any time, without preliminary notice, including in the case of site maintenance or should Ifsttar decide to suspend or stop offering this service. The service provision requirement is thus limited to a best efforts obligation. 

Site content 

Ifsttar agrees to make every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all information distributed, at the time of uploading to the Institute's site. Notwithstanding, Ifsttar does not guarantee whatsoever the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information available on its site. All information displayed on the site is not contractually binding and may be modified at any time.
This site is governed by the rule of French law. Foreign users hereby formally accept the application of French law upon visiting this site and when using all or part of the site's functionalities.
Ifsttar's liability may, under no circumstances, be invoked regarding the contents and information appearing on the site, or regarding any consequences potentially resulting from use or interpretation of said contents and information.
